Situated within the campus of the client’s company headquarters, the Sports Center serves as a dynamic cultural hub for athletic and social gatherings.
Designed with versatility in mind, the facility includes a convertible sports hall that transforms into a ballroom, alongside a fully equipped gym and TV studio—making it a central space for recreation, performance, and celebration. Designed to cope with the harsh winters of this East Asian nation, the building is detailed with highly controlled glazed openings, robust and effective insulation and structure to resist the high snow loads.
Groundworks were completed before the onset of winter in late 2025 and steelwork commenced in early 2026.
