This mixed use building incorporates retail, office and residential programs. A bold design accentuating verticality with a tapering form that conceals the podium-tower relationship with lush greenery enveloping the extensive parking.
The form incorporates deep retail units and residential apartments above centred around an open core providing fresh air through the units.
