Designed as a vibrant hub for sports, recreation, and community life, the development integrates a sports center, a basketball arena, and an Olympic size swimming pool, creating a comprehensive facility that serves both the city and the country.
The architecture is organized into three distinct blocks, which are brought together by a central public space that acts as the heart of the complex. This open and welcoming space encourages gathering, social interaction, and community engagement, transforming the park into more than just a sports venue — it becomes a lively urban destination.
The architectural language is further strengthened through the use of reddish-orange tones, a color chosen to symbolize energy, vitality, and movement. This vibrant palette reflects the spirit of sport and competition, while giving the building a strong visual identity within the urban landscape.
